The operating room where egg retrievals, GIFT, ZIFT and TET procedures are performed.	The incubators where eggs and embryos are carefully nurtured in culture solution until transfer or cryopreservation.	The micromanipulator is one of the most important tools in an IVF lab. It is here where we perform ICSI, assisted hatching, cytoplasmic transfer and other micromanipulation techniques.
